Starting from the premise that I don’t have all the answers, I must seek the truth and give God all the glory.

I will walk my talk as I strive for an integrated life built on high character, unquestionable competence, and unrelenting commitment; and try to do what’s right whether no one, or the entire world, is watching.

I believe we must love and care for those we encounter in our life. Professionally we must prepare them to always win and lose as a team. As leaders we are simply privileged to be stewards of the team.
